Just wanted to be the first to tell all those involved (either running or helping out) this past weekend--thanks!  A lot of people really pitched in to help and make things run smoothly.  DJ, Randy, Pat, Adam, Bill V, Dave, Teri, and many others put in their time and effort to make it all happen.  Even though the weather was a bit of an issue, we kept our composure and got through with minimal issues (bird habits are against our control).  A big congratulations to Mr. Sondag and Mr. Ashman for their respective Prize I and Prize II efforts!  We're aweful proud of you guys.  I wish I could remember all those folks' names I met and all their wonderful dogs, but congratulations is in order to anyone who tested a dog.  I love seeing all the different versatile breeds--that's what keeps this all so interesting.  Already looking forward to our fall test!

Take care,

Forgot to mention--if you have an expense that should be covered by our Chapter for this test, please contact myself, Randy, or John ASAP.  Once we have all of this information, we can generate checks for reimbursement and please remind others as appropriate.  Thanks.

Just to reiterate Shae's comments.

Thanks to everybody who helped.  Many hands make light work.  It was hot, but things ran smoothly, we didn't have any dogs suffer heat related problems.

Also, congratulations to Barry Pearson for his 112 Max Score Prize 1.

Enjoyed a great week end at Spoon River. It was a privilege to judge your dogs. Thanks to all volunteers to help us to conduct an evaluation of your dogs under security without any heat suffered. NAVHDA needs members and volunteers to be a great Hunting dog Association.

Shae, I know I harrass you alot- its just for fun. You have done a superior job. We all new you would. You are ambitious, generous and a great guy to be around. Thanks for helping to pull all the loose ends together and help run the chapter functions. A good Chapter starts with GOOD energy flowing from the top of the ranks, and so far you are doing great. Keep up the good work.

I saw the pictures of the 4 or 5 pups in the fence.  Anyone know if they are for sale and if so, how to get ahold of them.  I'm still in the market and thats the color I'm searching for.
