For the fall test, I'd like to see us get a new trial blind for the water and I'll donate some REAL duck decoys. The ones we have are embarassing. Post potential blind purchases to this forum so we can all see them and decide. The EZ Ups worked perfectly! There were a few different replies from emails. I thought general concensus was Dove, Teal, early Goose, Invitational, left us the 24th, 25th. Thats the last weekend of Sept. and the last week before Deer season. I know Don would like us done before the Deer Opener. We have usually picked this date in the past, but we have also had a hard time filling it the last 2 years. Not sure if it is the date or the fact of other tests were so close to ours Any other thoughts for dates?? | |

If I may voice my thaughts, Rude Beaver Gun Dogs can commit 3 dogs for the UT test on the weekend of Sept. 17th & 18th. Note there is an AKC Dbl/Dbl Hunt Test Sept. 24th & 25th at DesPlaines Wildlife Area that I need to attend and may also draw others. Jay D. Wade Rude Beaver Gun Dogs | |
